3) Characterization of loci involved in initiation/progression of mesothelioma |

Firstly,
we performed a collection of studies where gene expression of mesothelioma
was analysed. We added also an approach of data-mining.
|
|
|

We
ended up with a small number of genes consistently deregulated throughout independent
studies. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Then,
we performed a gene-by-gene validation of the main results. |
|
|
|
|
